boydcyr2 L1: Message to all people with opened tickets, I have multiple tickets with Yobit, some still opened from a while back, when it IS important they will reply and the problem WILL be fixed. There's no need to ask on chat for support to check your ticket, it will be done and if the problem is real you will get a reply with a fix or an appropriate answer to why it cannot be fixed. No need to spam chat for that.

boydcyr2 L1: For example, I still have opened support tickets with no reply from 2021 and since I know the reason already why there's no reply (because I have opened ticket for same issue on other account and got my reply there) I don't spam chat for them to check my tickets. I know if it is important or you've never been answered before they will reply, otherwise they will just ignore your request since they have more important issues to take care of
